Here at Ecocharge Electrical we offer a range of cost effective maintenance and service packages to ensure your electrical equipment is operational, safe and functioning correctly.
We don’t tie you to long term contracts and all our maintenance packages are based on an annual rolling basis and can be cancelled anytime.
If you prefer you can even pay on a monthly direct debit basis. We can also take over a system you already have installed.
All our packages include a 24/7 call out service for peace of mind.
EV Charger Maintenance and Servicing Package
Your EV charger is a valuable piece of equipment that carries out an important job, so it pays to take care of it. We can visit your premises every 12 months to check all the functionality and safety features, make sure all the connections are are still at the correct settings and inspect for any cosmetic impairments that might compromise its operation.

CCTV Maintenance and Servicing Package
Maintenance of your CCTV system is crucial, regular maintenance will ensure you get the best possible image quality and system reliability.
We offer a thorough annual inspection and cleaning package for all parts of your CCTV system to achieve optimum performance. A clean view for all cameras is essential if any recorded footage is to be used as evidence.
We are also able to repair and service most makes of CCTV systems and to take over any system, whether in full working order or not.

Burglar Alarm Maintenance and Servicing Package
It is vitally essential that your intruder alarm is regularly serviced and maintained.
Many insurance companies require that intruder alarm systems are regularly serviced; your insurance could be invalidated if your alarm was not working properly at the time of a break-in.
We offer:
• One annual service visit for audible only systems
• Two services each year for a monitored system, to comply with the requirements of PD6662 standards.
All our engineers are trained to service a wide range of intruder alarms and our maintenance package includes the routine physical inspection of all major alarm components for deterioration or damage, and testing of:
• The signal between the alarm and receiving centre
• Power supply connections
• Batteries – with replacement where required
• The operating system
• Remote power supply unit
